Underbelly Public Arts Lab & Festival is produced by Rinse Out Inc and has been co-presented by Carriageworks in 2007 & 2008.
Rinse Out Inc is a not-for-profit arts organisation set up to support emerging and experimental artists. We are very proud that we have helped so many great new projects find an audience.
We are working towards presenting Underbelly in July and will have more news over the next few weeks, so watch this space!!
