Underbelly Public Arts Lab and Festival is organised by Rinse Out Inc and co-presented by Carriageworks.

Rinse Out Inc is a not for profit organisation run by energetic and enthusiastic arts workers committed to fostering and supporting the emerging and experimental arts scene in Sydney and throughout Australia.

The presenting partnership with Carriageworks is the result of the venue's enormous in-kind contribution towards this event. Carriageworks supports Rinse Out Inc in its programming, direction and delivery of the event.

In 2008 Underbelly Public Arts Lab and Festival is extending beyond the Carriageworks walls ever so slightly. While Carriageworks supports the growth of the event, all negotiations, decisions and outcomes of this expansion remain the sole responsibility of Rinse Out Inc.
